69DirtyRat:
Show us what you got! and when are you gunna get that beast out?

sms777:
He is a very close friend of mine, still a bit shy to introduce himself so let me do it for him.
His name is Darrin, been an US muscle car enthusiast since i have known him (about 20 years) owned several tough machines most of them blown V8's. His current ride is a semi restored 67 Pontiac GTO with the toughest V8 GM built so far, 572 big block Chev.
620 horsepower was not enough for him so after a few JD's we bolted on a brand new 671 blower originally twin 850 HP holleys that made 960 hp on the dyno. The holleys were traded recently for an Enderlie Bird Catcher injection hat modified to accept electronic injectors and custom fuel system running Motec ECU.
It is getting final tune on the 5th this month just in time for Summernats. Entrant number, guess what......572 of course.
Keep an eye out for it.... He can not wait to drive it and he does not baby it either.
Cheers on behalf of my good buddy  :hello:

Chris.

bonnevista:

SBC-68-FIREBIRD:
