I have received this email today from Annette Teaken of the Dam Fest organising committee pleas note I have modified Yvettes meeting times at the Masters Hardware to comply with Annettes planing so we will need to meet at the meeting point at 7:15am to depart at 7:30am this will be a great day I look forward to seeing you all there.

Hi AMCCA,

Great to hear your club is supporting this event and we look forward to welcoming you on Sunday.

Here is a bit on the formalities to ensure, as far as possible, everything runs smoothly.

For the safety of all concerned we prefer Clubs to arrive between 7.30 and 8am.

Cars enter via Farnsworth Ave; you will be allowed access through the roundabout at Production Ave and again through the barricades at the corner of Warradale Rd.  Normally once you reach the entry gate cars pay their entry fee and receive a stamped receipt.  As a Club;

- we require the lead car to have the $10 for all the cars entering into the show parking;
- we issue a receipt for each car to the lead car;
- we direct the lead car to the Club's reserved parking.

Vehicles being entered into the competition will require a receipt, (from those issued to the lead car), an additional $10, plus the registration form. I have attached a copy of the registration form which is available from the website.

Each car entering the competition will be required to complete this form - either earlier on and bring with them, or at registration on the day.

I look forward to meeting you on the day and checking out the fantastic cars.

Regards,
Annette Teaken
Dam Fest Organising Committee

We are pleased to advise that Warragamba Dam Wall will be open to the public for Dam Fest, 21st October, 2012.
