Just bumping this up as time is running out and we need to see a huge increase in numbers before we give the caterers the go-ahead with the booking.

So whats going on members we have to plan an event like this
Venue location food catering and Santa
Thought we'd have 80% attendance for this one our second most biggest event
on the year calendar after the crossroads show which we had 180 turn up
Turning up on the day is a bit hard for the ones that have already said there coming
So put your name down its a good day very good parking and of course plenty to talk about
