T-top seal install

<< < (2/3) > >>

1977 Transam:
Thanks for the info Leigh.

That adhesive will be a life saver.  The door seals are falling off wherever they want as well so I'll be using it everywhere.

Didn't get a chance to pull the car out over the weekend due to the weather.

Hopefully can take a pic over the next day or two.

1977 Transam:
Hi.

This is some pics of the T-tops on.  Will also post some of the T-tops rubbers.

1977 Transam:
These are the rubbers..............

LeighP:
Sorry...should have thought...yours is a 77. I was thinking Fisher tops, you have Hurst Hatches. Please  disregard my mention of the seal retainer clips.

You could still try using timber battens and g clamps to "crush" the seals a bit so the hatches sit better??????

1977 Transam:
You're right Leigh.  No problems.

Trying to picture the whole batten thing how I would clamp them down but I understand the concept.

Basically trying to compress the rubbers to allow for the T-tops to fit.
