Will be there, not 100% sure of time arrival, my missus likes her sacktime on weekends, lol, but we'll be there.

I have a 3x3 and a 3x6 metre awning if required (with walls if necessary).

I also have 15 odd folding chairs, and 2 folding tables if required.

Hi Stan,
I just spoke to Garry tonight (Monday).
Thank You very much for your offer.  We have the club one that Owen will bring (3x3)and there is not a great deal of space so we dont think we will need them.  But, personally it wouldnt hurt to have one of the shades available just in case and some chairs and another table on hand.
