Where can I try some seats?

Having solved the headroom issue (removed the head liner, sorted), am looking to upgrade the seats now. The standard 69 Corvette seats don't have an adjustable back & my missus wants them, so am wanting to find somewhere to try some with her before buying; happy wife = happy life.
