Just a friendly reminder/message from Owen Davis, Club Plate Registrar, regarding communications pertaining to AMCCA Sanctioned Events.

When you send a text to Owen advising him of your attendance to an AMCCA Sanctioned Event, please include the following information (examples below):

John Smith
41146H
Lunch Run Bargo

Julie White
72133H
Dinner Run Kurnell

Owen requires your first name, surname, registration number and name of event you are attending.  Only stating your first name on the text message makes it difficult for Owen to record your run accurately, especially if you have a common name.

Your assistance with the above is very much appreciated.
