Ok everybody its that time of the year again, Top Gear Festival is on 8th and 9th March.
As we only have a short time until the event we need to start making the list, before you make your decision please read the information the below to the terms and conditions for the weekends event.
The club has secured 20 spots for the weekend, this year we are on the grassed hill area along the main straight were we normally setup for Muscle Car Masters. This is a great viewing spot and we should be able to follow all the events over the 2 days.
Please take note that if you commit your vehicle to this event you are agreeing to attend both the Saturday and Sunday as outlined in the rules below. All vehicles will receive 2 general entry tickets per day. Meeting spot and time will be announced before the event.

Hi,
I'm working Saturday but would like to attend Sunday. I know you stated that all must attend both days over the weekend but if there is someone that can only attend the Saturday is it possible to share the one entry, one day each??
Anyway I don't know if anyone wants to or can only attend the Saturday but I thought I'd ask the question.

Hi Rod I am sorry to inform you that the contract that was signed for the top Gear event stipulates that the same car must be displayed on the two days of the event this is part of the contract that we signed and I am sorry but there is nothing we can do about it.

WE NEED FINAL NUMBERS BY THIS FRIDAY PLEASE
I had a call from Lakiesha Top Gear official in charge of car club displays yesterday our original allocation of 30 cars for this event has been cut back to 20 cars due to the overwhelming response from all the other clubs. This means we have six spots left. So if you are thinking of attending this event you must let us know by this Friday as the tickets will be sent out early next week and we have to submit a final list of cars and licence plate numbers. If you are not on the list submitted on Friday you will miss out.

If you would like to come along you must let me know before lunchtime tomorrow 21/2/14 as the paperwork must be finalized and submitted to Top Gear tomorrow afternoon. We will be meeting at the east bound McDonalds on the M4 at 6:45am to depart for 7:00am sharp! :bow: I apologize for the early start Please try to be on time as all car clubs are to be in the gates by 7:30am.
Before we leave Maccas you will receive your Car pass and 4 tickets 2x Saturday and 2x Sunday
