Title: Expressions of Interest - Supercheap Auto Display - Tuesday 2 December 2014

The AMCCA has been approached by Supercheap Auto to display our cars at their VIP members night. They require 10-20 cars on display.

The cars will be on display at the Mount Druitt store on Tuesday 2 December 2014 from 6.00pm-8.00pm so we'll need to arrive between 4.00pm-5.00pm.

Furthermore, a BBQ will be running on the evening and we've been offered the opportunity to make use of the BBQ as a fundraiser for our club/charity.

Approximately 140 customers should attend the night and there will be door prizes and giveaways.

Sounds like a great event beneficial to Supercheap Auto and the AMCCA.

Please send through your expressions of interest ASAP so that I can keep the organisers updated.

Just a reminder regarding this important event - important because funds raised from the BBQ on the night go towards the Nepean Cancer Care Centre, Nepean Hospital, Penrith.

This will be great exposure for our club and will hopefully be the start of a mutually beneficial relationship between the AMCCA and Supercheap Auto.

About 140 CLUB+PLUS Supercheap Auto members are expected to attend the exclusive shopping night in advance of the Christmas catalogue being released to the general public.

The event commences at 6.00pm and concludes at 8.00pm; our cars are to arrive between 4.00pm and 5.00pm.

Please reply to this thread if you are interested in showing off your ride! :burnout:

Please remember there will be a fund raising BBQ on the night to support Brooke's Car Rally "Rallying for Cancer Patients". There will be about 140 VIP Supercheap Auto members so it will be great exposure for the AMCCA.
