CLUB MEMBERS who are interested in attending and displaying their car at the V8 Supercars Event, Homebush Bay. Spots are limited so don't delay! As requested by Raceline we are entering as a CLUB, I will be submitting forms and payment on behalf of the Club, therefore all forms and payments
MUST come through me to be submitted to be placed in the AMCCA display area.
The final round of the V8 Supercars at Homebush Bay.
Park up will be 11.00AM Thursday 5th December and cars will not be able to be removed until after Sundays racing. The area is very secure, we have attended this event for the last few years and there has been no issue whatsoever.
This is a fantastic event, thousands of people attend over the weekend, there is also entertainment included with the entry pass which also includes entry for the driver +1.

Members that have booked and paid and attending the V8 Supercars Thursday 5th Dec to Sunday 8th Dec please see meeting place and terms and conditions below.
We will be meeting at 10:15am on Thursday morning at Bicentenary Park, Australia Drive Homebush Bay (at the Cafe in the park) for a 10:45am departure to the Dome. Off Homebush Bay Drive just past the M4 overpass you veer off to the left onto Australia Drive (DFO factory on right) you stay to the left which is still Australia Drive, about 100metres you turn right into the park entrance and follow around to the cafe (Lilies on the Park)
If your car is fitted with a alarm you must also disconnect it once set up.
Please ensure you bring a DRIP TRAY with you!

RACELINE EVENTS provide cover for public liability.
ALL car alarm systems MUST be switched OFF OR DISCONNECTED.
