Hi guys i know that this clashes with tug in the park but tony from tony's cafe at la perouse has organised an all type muscle car and bike show there, all money raised will go to the childrens hospital at randwick , its a cause i can not say no too, the doctors and nurses are all fantastic there , i know cause conor my now 14 year old son spent 3 months there when he was nine , after some serious surgery he hasn't looked back, there will jumping castles the fire brigade will be there aswell.
there is limited parking and first in best dressed for parking , if anyone is interested get there at 8am to get a spot , ill be there early with some corvette owners that live locally
cheers chris.
-
Chris, that sounds more exiting for me than the tug in the steam bowl. The last two years has been dissapointment for me down at Stanwell Park trying to get a spot before 6 am!!!. Your venue is a lot more user friendly for me so i will be there in one of my bitumen melters for sure.
Cheers.

Hi everyone..
Seems there are a few people who are going along to Tonys and some going to Tug In the park,,To make it somewhat easier can we have an idea on who will be going to Tony's so we have an idea on how much area to claim please..
Cheers.
-
If i am not working i will be at this rather than having a tug in the park.
Charity or trophy, mmmm no brainer isn't it really.
Just keep me a parking spot Chris
David.
-
You got an address Chris, would we be in a car park or on the street?
We can make this one as long as it don't rain. (I'll fix that bloody leak one of these days)
-
As I have always gone to Tug in the park I think this year I will be going to La Perouse & having breakfast out their.

Address is 1599 anzac parade, la perouse , ill be there at 6am with paul thompson , ill ask tony to give us a spot , maybe you guys organise to meet at the bp airport (just after airport tunnel) at 7.30am , leave 7.45am , ill be at la perouse keeping our spots or just make your own way there.
cheers chris.
ps if i can get some number of who is coming would be great , so far dave(if not working), garry, cpu , myself, chris sinclair
Tony has organised with council to close part of street for cars so thats why it is important to get there early as there will be limited space.
-

Okay guys , its a $10 donation per car to display , ill be there from 6am to organise parking , we have a spot reserved for us , when you have parked go to tonys cafe pay your $10 and you will get a sticker to put on your car which means you have regersted for the event , any car which has regersted the boys in blue will turn a blind eye to so no defects , but please NO BURNOUTS! nothing like this has been done at la pa we want it to be a annual event , there will be a highway patrol car at the entrance so no silly stuff , there will be buckets between every 2 or 3 cars for spectators to throw coin in, we ask if entrants can keep an eye on them , we don't want any walking away , please try and be there by 8am , we would like to have cars , bikes parked by 9am , don't forget all money raised is going to the childrens hospital , thanks for your time.
cheers chris.
-
but please NO BURNOUTS!
cheers chris.

I was driving this 289 engine size Mustang on the M5 when I heard a load noise coming & it was Chris's mate in the GTO Pontiac we were doing the speed limit & he went past us like we were standing still but funny we both got to the Hume Hwy turn off around the same time I think he must have just missed the lights as they just turned green when we got their what a fast car.

Thats one sweating Pony, but how come its sweating stand still? Its not even driving? I suppose it was just very nervous because the FORD Capri turned up with a BIG BLOCK CHEVY growling past it!
GT SALLY u2u 68Pony for info, but money was collected in buckets today + the $10 entry given to 68Pony,

looks like you guys had some top cars their :fantastic:
I like how Andy's green machine dwarfed the H2 Hummers :rol::rol:
-
two smallblock mustangs side by side holding up traffic on the m5 doing 70klms so the bigblock gto cracked the throttle to 70miles per hour went on the inside of the mustangs got in front so both mustangs could only see my taillights the only view a ford should have 2 taillights.:gotya:
