Title: Expressions of Interest - The Lions Club of Engadine - Saturday 15 November 2014

Hi All

The AMCCA has received an invitation recently to display about 20 cars at the Annual McAlister Fete on Saturday 15 November 2014.

The fete will be held at the Cooper Street Reserve, Cooper Street, Engadine from 9.00am to 4.00pm.

Cars need to be set up by 8.45am at the latest and no vehicle movement is allowed until after 4.00pm.

Numbers need to be supplied by this Monday 27 October so we don't have much time. 

Please reply to this thread ASAP so that we have a rough estimate to provide to organisers on Monday.

Hi there!

Yes, the Lions Clubs around the world raise money through various projects so that the monies raised can be used to assist those people less fortunate than ourselves.

ok, count me in, as long as it's not raining. I'm not afraid to get me or the car wet, I'm afraid of how badly sideways the car gets in the wet  :omg:

We cant make this due to a family commitment, but being a local I know this event well & it is a really good day. Plenty of parking & public interest, & lots to do for boys & girls of all ages. Worth going, really!   :thumb:
