Christmas in July - Saturday 30th July 2022 - Rydges Mount Panorama, Bathurst
Room prices found to vary greatly depending on day booked, on configuration, with 10% discount as we are having Dinner on site.
Members will need to book their own rooms through the Rydges (02 6338 1888), mentioning the club. Please post on the forum, or ring Maureen or Kevin of attendance.
Dinner will be on site, after pre-dinner drinks at the bar. Dinner (below) has been priced up at $62.
- Oven baked chicken supreme | slow roast tomato chutney | potato smash | honey jus (gf)
- Herb garlic roast pork loin | creamed potato | balsamic glazed green beans | cherry tomatoes (gf)
- Fresh fruit pavlova with cream
- Traditional plum pudding with custard
- Freshly brewed tea & coffee
- Breakfast $20pp if pre-booked with the room, $28 if added afterwards
Run sheet still being finalised but will include:
- Leaving Bunnings Narellan, Picking Up at Glenbrook Information Centre.
- Morning Tea at Hydro Majestic Pavillion/Boiler House Cafe.
- Branching off towards Oberon for a Pub Lunch in Oberon
- Into Bathurst and Mt Panorama in the Afternoon with Activities yet to be formalised.
- Pre Dinner drinks in the Chicane Bar from 5pm
Christmas in July themed Dinner in the Restaurant.
Secret Santas welcome $15-$20 limit per Male/Female.
Post breakfast Sunday activities to be refined but considering lunch option on the way over the mountains.

Well another successful "Christmas in July" at Rydges Bathurst, lots of great friends spending a weekend together and having lots of laughs. I hope everyone arrived home safe this afternoon. I'm sure lots of photo's were taken.
I would like to thank everyone who attended and hoped you had great time. We are already working on next years "Christmas in July"

What an awesome weekend :pepper: gorgeous weather,bit chilly,but no rain or wind :thumb:
Many laps of the Legendary Bathurst track and even though we couldn't reach professional speeds,many "warmed" up their tyres and mimicked the moves :exactly:
AMCCA you've created yet another memorable weekend away :thank:
