Hi Chris,
I have a mate with a rebuilt ’89-'90 Walkinshaw Commodore, recently refitted with a reworked later model V8 & trans. It now has a major speedometer error and I don’t think that model has a diagnostics fitting? Can you recommend someone who can recalibrate speedos? When you changed my Z28 from LT to LS we had the same issue (not helped by increased mag size from 17” to 19”). I recall you had a guy in Blacktown or St Marys with a dyno that adjusted speedos?
Cheers, Bob.

Hi Bob, another place is Advanced Automotive Instrument Company at Unit B1, 77 Carrington St Revesby 9792 7399. A couple of have used them & they seem to do a good job.... Cheers

Thanks guys, two good leads there. I'll get Mario to give them a call this week.

Hi Bob,
If it's an electronic transmission it needs to be done with a Tech2 scanner. I got yours done by Sam's Performance in Greenacre. He is the local LS guru.
Cheers, Chris.

Hi Chris, I don't think it is electronic, but just in case I'll give him those details as well.
Cheers, Bob
