Title: Noisy buggas
Post by: MuscleVette on November 12, 2008, 06:17:07 PM: Hi guys i have been asked if we can do a parade lap on the Saturday as well we only need 20 convertables or T/Tops. Also if you want grand stand tickets the cost is $30 but we are getting passes in for free driver & passenger. please reply if you can do the Saturday.

Post by: GTA390 on November 30, 2008, 06:51:36 PM: As i am going by myself on Saturday, i thought i would let any (club member) who would like to go can get in with me, as i believe we get 2 tickets ( Garry will confirm this).
Downside is you would have to be at my place about 15 min from Camden at 7 30 am.
I plan on staying the whole day and catching the first race.
If you wanted to take your pride and joy for a run you can leave it at my place, lock up garage and a very angry Shyt Zu as a guard dog.

But still had a good time watching the qualifying and met a few drivers.
Temperature was 37 Deg C and 20% humidity. Not the best weather to sit in a convertible anyway.
If the crowd for a Saturday was anything to go by, Sunday will be big,

Sunday was great, it rained about 20 min before the parade lap but stopped with about 5 min to go.
I have taken some photo's will need to get in touch with cpu to get him to load them on the club site.
