Its a Mercury... 1950....from the movie 'Cobra' with Sylvester Stallone.

"A 1950 Mercury chopped coupe built by Eddie Paul of EP Industries. It was battleship grey and had a Chevy 350 with a blower and nitrous.
There were four cars built.
The jumping car is hanging in Planet Hollywood N.Y..
The car used racing on the street, was sold on eBay in 2002 and is in a private collection in Virginia.
The Star car was owned by Sylvester Stallone and was said to have been stolen while stored in LA.
The stunt car that was used jumping from the parking garage and also crashing into the boat, was totaled."
