Title: Picnic at Cordeaux Dam on Picton Rd 16th October

BBQ lunch run to Cordeaux Dam on Picton Rd we will have two meeting spots to make it easy for everyone Uncle Leo's servo at Casula meeting there at 10.15 am leaving at 10.30am cruising down the Hume Hwy turning left into Picton Rd & the turn off is on your right hand side. The other meeting spot will be the Caltex servo on the Princes hwy Heathcote at 10.15am leaving at 10.30am going down the F6 & taking the Picton Rd turn off. There are BBQ facilities there BYO everything last time we were there it was a great turn out try & make this one. If you need more info :call: 0403 026 867.

Janne and I will see you there. If I remember correctly those dam electric barbeques didn't get hot enough to cook properly. Might take a cooked chook!

Last time we went to the Dam it was so cold we stood around the BBQ's to try & keep warm. Hopefully Sunday's weather will be a bit warmer.

Nikki and I are planning to go this one. Yes Maureen it was cold and showers last year but the prediction for Sunday
is looking good this time around.  BBQ,s were a bit slow but did the job in the end, also there was a hot water service
there for tea and coffee.
Because it,s such a long run for us I was thinking of breaking the trip up with a stop at the top of Ousley at around
10.45am.,stretch the legs etc.
Looking forward to catching up.

What perfect weather..........there was a little fog in the afternoon but otherwise clear skies, the Corvettes all managed to clear the speed humps on the way in and we pretty much had the grounds to ourselves. I will post photos later but thankyou to everyone who was able to turn up and share the day......also welcome to the new member with the Dodge Charger 440 RT.:drool:
