Morning Gene
What time is everyone meeting up and having not been before what time can you leave?
I have been informed I have to attend my nephews 2nd birthday at Camden at 12:30pm so if anyone wants to go in my place I prefer to see another club member get a full day out of it.
Still waiting on the letter with details - posted 31st July - will phone them when I get home. Thanks for the offer of your ticket - wait and we'll see how it goes.
MEET UP INFORMATION
Time: 8AM for 8.15AM departure
Place: McDonalds Eastbound M4
I will hand out the window stickers for entrance to Eastern Creek - we will be entering by Gate 4 (which is also known as Gate B)
Gates open to the Public at 10am and the public start queuing prior to this time.
Members coming up from the South can back track the time for their meet ups - Heathcote Road has some nice pull in areas.
Hello - this post is for the Southerners.....where would Colin with the yellow and white '55 meet up with you guys and what time - he's coming from Albion Park.
Tony and I will meet you at the truck pull in area on the left heading north on Heathcote Road 2.2 klms past the intersection of New Illawarra Road and Heathcote Road - we'll be there from 7am.
Would have preferred a later start but that dang general public get up early too and block our roads.
Hi Gene, Can you please cancel my 2 tickets please as my car won't be ready. im sure you will find someone to use them.
Cheers,
Alan
We should be heading over top of Ousley around 6.30 -6.45am then onto Picton Rd-Hume Highway if anyone wants to meet up at Ousley .
Glen & Janne
Does anyone know what time we will be doing our lap of the track? :7:
Cheers Maureen

Unfortunately this year, the CMC has not yet informed us of the schedule of parade times, if we receive anything tomorrow it will be posted.
:thank: Yvette
:way: Gee, What a great day today. The weather and turnout of cars was great. I didn't mind where we were parked. :thank: At least we could leave when we wanted to. :31:
Great day out with the club
The sun was shinning
Great turn out of cars
Owen pumping the tunes
Even though we were designated to the naughty corner
At least CMC still catered for us with food, coffee & Donut stalls next to us
& we got to do a full 2 laps of the track, rather than half(last year)
sort of makes up For not going fast down the straight:)
Thanks again to everyone who made this happen
Had a great day & Kara had a blast driving around the track. Thanks to Gene for all the organization.

Just wanted to say thanks once again for a great day out with the car club. Thanks for all the organisation and as always thanks Owen for the tent and hot dogs etc. and Mark for the other tent.
We really enjoyed the drive around the track.
Janne and Glen :fantastic:
:4: Owen for the coffee, tea and hot dogs.....the tents were very useful and much appreciated.......thanks to Ross for letting Mark and Barbralea use the Ranchero.........very handy for transporting one of the tents/shade covers.
I'd love some feedback on what people thought of where we were parked........though I think we all agree that the time of our lap parade was pretty good and two full laps..... :fantastic:

thankyou to everyone who could make it on the day, the Committee hopes you all enjoyed yourselves and don't forget the feedback re our parking location so we know where to opt for next year
and welcome to the new members who attended CMC for the first time....glad to have you onboard
Looked like a great day! :HangLoose: :5:
I thought it was unusual that our clubs cars were in the car park with visitors cars.
Unsure on how locations are allocated though to particular car clubs.
