CHRISTMAS IN JULY AT KANGAROO VALLEY PUB - 28TH JULY2013

It has been a few years since we had our Christmas in July at the pub and on our last visit I spoke to Peter Thompson and he was more than happy to host our celebration. The pub have adjusted there menu to suit the festive spirit of the event and the cost to members will be $25 per head. As usual when we visit the pub we will have access to the grassed area out back for our cars. We ask if you are planning to join us for this event please let us know ASAP so we can give Peter numbers. Further details regarding meet up points etc to follow closer to the date. Post on the forum or call Joe on 0412296615 to book your seat.

Sunday morning meeting at Uncle Leos departing at 9.45am and heading to Pheasants Nest service station to pickup the other group, leaving Pheasants Nest at 10.30am to arrive at Kangaroo Valley Friendly Inn at around 11.30.

What a great day. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was lovely.The browsing in the shops was excellent!. Didnt want the day to end.   :omg: :cool:

Very nice pics.... enjoyed the company of everybody
We made it home without a problem  much better trip back
Boy that road to Berry 16km could rattle the dentures from your head

Kangaroo Valley is very scenic green and nice escape for the day..cheers

       :smilies: an excellent day for a cruise. The pub always puts on a good lunch and coffee and scones finished it off perfectly.
       Totally agree with you Les that road to Berry is a shocker. Thank God for 60 series tyres. I will tighten all the bolts tomorrow
        and give the suspension a good spray of Inox.
