Guess who joe your long lost pain book2 for xmas party Dan and Kim The Seventies :thank:
Just bumping this up as time is running out and we need to see a huge increase in numbers before we give the caterers the go-ahead with the booking.
So whats going on members we have to plan an event like this
Venue location food catering and Santa
Thought we'd have 80% attendance for this one our second most biggest event
on the year calendar after the crossroads show which we had 180 turn up
Turning up on the day is a bit hard for the ones that have already said there coming
So put your name down its a good day very good parking and of course plenty to talk about
22 sleeps to go

If you are intending on coming to the Xmas Party
we need final numbers and payment by the 13th of November, if we do not get the numbers unfortunately the Party will be cancelled. I'm sure the members that have paid will be disappointed as this event is one of best events the AMCCA has yearly and it would be a shame to not go ahead.
So come on everybody check the post with details and come along, you won't be disappointed!! :hatjump:
:thank:

:thank: :fingersx:
Mark just deposited our money for Xmas party and his membership.
Will be great to catch up with everyone at the Xmas party.
OK Sorry for the delay. I've been stalking Santa. I caught him napping under a pile of tinsel at Costco. I threw him in a head lock and slipped him into a deep sleep and now I've got him in the Boot with Dora. Interesting. Hope Dora doesn't go off and wake him.
Our crew (or part of it anyway) will be there so thats KP, TP, BP, TP, Dora and Santa but I'm not paying for him!!! and Dora is full of batteries. So that's 3 adults, 1 kid then Santa and Dora. Confused ................... Hmmmm me too. :pepper:
 :pepper:We have paid see you there
Final numbers are being submitted today to the caterers. :hatjump: :hatjump: :hatjump:
