Title: Fun with A/C

ok, so I've previously spend quite a lot on getting my Air con working and for the most part, it works well... except that it does not blow onto the face level, only up to screen or down to floor.

Can anyone suggest who/how to fix such a thing - recommendations on someone who won't charge me an arm and leg...
It's getting way too hot lately...

Two things I can suggest.....take out your seat and sit on the floor so you can feel your aircon..... or just add it to your list of things you want me to fix next time.
