I noticed the 442 emblems on the Olds.  If the 'vette is stock mechanically, the Olds will suck it's headlights out...

No way will the 'olds' beat the Vette, Motion Vettes were guaranteed to do the 1\4 in 10secs or your money back! they were standard with 500+hp back in 67-73

That pic was taken at the Supercar Reunion races. I went to one in Kansas City (I think) a few years back (that Baldwin Motion Corvette was there). Its now held in Joliet, Illinois.
Well worth the effort to get there to see legendary cars being raced on the quarter! theres also a show and shine inside car show the next day.
