But don't you have to have an ANDRA licence to run on Friday nights and therefor speed/time shouldn't be a problem, unless he is minus one chute and roll cage?

Sure am , i didn't say i wasn't going to run it , if there is a private track day in the winter months i'm there , if i get a good start off the line i'll keep my foot in it , if i don't ill back off.
