XMAS IN JULY IS COMING..............17th to 19th July......

BOOKINGS FOR XMAS IN JULY ARE NOW OPEN.

Its a slightly different format this year with the club visiting the historic town of Bungendore on the Saturday, then Xmas in July dinner Saturday night then the show & shine with the Canberra Muscle Car Club on the Sunday morning before lunch at the Olive Grove Cafe - then home.

To book your cabin and spot.
1. Book your cabin - call 6230 3433 select option 3 (Group Bookings) ask for Raelene (works Monday to Friday) remember to mention AMCCA.
2. Dinner on both Friday (Club Burger night $5) & Saturday nights full buffet (Roast Chicken, Roast Beef, roast ham off the bone, roast vegetables, roast potatoes', bread rolls, gravy & apple sauce + a massive dessert selection $55) is $60 per person.
3. Once you have booked your cabin and deposited $60 per person into the club account (see below) - then post on the forum to let us know you have completed all 3 steps and let us know who is coming.

It's a BYO venue, so remember to bring whatever you want to drink, breakfast Saturday is at your expense in your cabin.
Secret Santa is a $20 maximum per person.

        Friday 17th Depart AMPOL Pheasants Nest 12.00pm sharp.
2.15pm - Arrive at Capital Country Holiday Park & check in.
5.30pm - Club Burger, party pies & sausage sandwiches night - BYO drinks. 

       Saturday 18th Historic Bungendore visit & lunch at historic Lake George Hotel.
Breakfast at your leisure in your own cabin.
9.30am - Depart the Holiday Park.
10.15am - Arrive Bungendore where you free time to explore the historic town, its cafe's, Bric a Brac stores etc..
12.00pm - Lunch at the Historic Lake Goerge Hotel (20 Gibraltar St).
3.00pm - Cruise back to the Holiday Park. Leisure time until dinner.
6.30pm - Xmas in July Full Buffet Dinner - BYO drinks. Doors open 6pm.
Secret Santa - Live Auction - Lucky door prizes - Lolly guessing Competition. 

        Sunday 19h Check out - Spanish Club Show & Shine.
9.15am - Depart Holiday Park to join Canberra Car Club at Eagle Hawk (2 mins).
10.00am to 11.50 - Car Show & Shine at the Spanish Club.
1.00pm - Lunch at the Olive View Cafe - Federal HWY Currawang
12.45pm - Depart and cruise home.
