I read the Caterpillar a few days ago ,it is just a sign of the way things are in this day and age .....set up in china and sign over a $hiteload of your technology to earn some $$$ for a few years until the chinese learn what you make then they will kick you out and sell the product that they copied off of you in to your country at a lower price :(
