Col Wickham from Orangeville, NSW passed away on the 10th, aged only 55.
Locals to the Macarthur area may recognise him for his bright orange '72 Oldsmobile Cutlass convertible which will in time be sold.
His son Matthew is after any assistance in car value or contacts for those who are able to help but no doubt isn't quite ready to talk price due to the circumstances.

This is very sad news and has come as a complete shock  RIP COL

After a little time has passed I will try to contact his family and offer the support of our club to help them with the sale of the car and any other assistance we can offer.

For those who can remember the old Club Veg on Triple M back in the 80's, they had a competition where you had to write a song about your suburb.
Well Col wrote a song about Orangeville to the beatles tune yesterday i think it was.
He actually sent me a copy of it, would be interesting to see if i can find it.
He was a clever guy and will be missed.
