Money paid to AMCCA prior to 14th September will preregister your vehicle and you get a T Shirt.
You are welcome to turn up on the day with the Club- cost is the same - just no T Shirt.
I have advised them we are expecting 20 to 30 cars.

Hello Everyone,

I've spoken with Dave Hayes regarding this event and the following information needs to get out to anyone considering attending this event with the Club

1. Only preregistered vehicles that name the American Muscle Car Club can park with the Club's display - there will be no spare spots (I have told them between 20 and 30 cars will be attending but they will allocate spots depending on preregistration)- you can attend without preregistering but will be parked with other display vehicles

2. There is no cut off date to preregister

3.To preregister they have to have a form signed by you - you can scan and send your form direct to Dave Hayes (haye1dav@police.nsw.gov.au) and mention the Club on the form - fax is okay (9542 0854 Fax) - you can pay your money on the day (only cash accepted on the day) or direct deposit prior (Direct Deposit to Police Credit Union BSB 815000 A/C# 267660 and your Name as a Reference).

For those that have paid to the Club - you can send your forms to me (genesgifts@hotmail.com) and I will lodge them and pay from the Clubs Account by direct transfer or if you do it all yourself directly with Sutho I'll refund you the money on the day. (Glen - I've got your form and $ will send that to them today)

Goody bags are for the first 200 preregistered and include a T Shirt - they only have 50 left and are going fast
                             
As explained to me by Dave Hayes - these arrangements are due to high numbers of responses/interest in the event and photos ops are better without gaps - they are looking forward to our Clubs participation in this event .

Dave Hayes emailed me to say all preregistrations get a T shirt but only the first 200 get the goody bag too. He's got it all on a spreadsheet so we should be all parked together - I will email him a final list closer to the day just to cross check.
