Been there, done that.  I had a '79 T/A.
Does this mean you're keeping the old mans mobile engine between the frame rails now??

mattlea1

I would like to change it but at the end of the day it never uses a drop of oil or water and it is the most reliable car I have ever owned.

So unless it has a major failure (which I dont think will ever happen) it can stay there.

Nice ride Jase, excellent choice.
One day when you get all itchy and overboost that 301 talk to me about putting a Chevy in it.

PS. Tell us about the Chevelle in the back ground!  :rub:

C'mon Chris, i do have my priorities right. I do not mess with Mopars....nobody does.   You never see other than Mopar engine in a Mopar body
On the other hand... how many Pontiacs are out there with Chevy's in them? Many.
Even find them in Mustang engine bays...    :rol:

Sorry about the thread drift Jase, some Pontiac dudes just too sensitive.
So.... tell us about the Chevelle in the background   :rub:

Sorry about the delay guys the car in the background is from Auto Ezy Melbourne the shipping agent.
I can strongly reccomend them Pam @ Auto Ezy she is very helpful importing from vehicles from the states.

Going to try and make the BBQ run on 16th look forward to seeing some of the cars.

G'day Jase,
Now you are talking! I am sure we can adapt the Pontiac turbo set up or fabricate something similar to it to suit any Chev powerplant.
It would keep the Pontiac crowd on their toes again
Let me know when you are ready...  :rub:
