Facebook page??

Have you guys considered running Facebook page for streamlined communication and up to date events etc. Maybe something I can assist with.

We've been throwing the idea around for a while now, just not officially! The only foreseable problem is that half the members (if not more) dont understand computers.
I think we were due to discuss a 'Facebook' page at our next committee meeting. Then it would have to be voted for at a club meeting(?) I think its probably time we do it to!
I think you would need at least 2 moderators to look after the page?

We recently went through the same process at the Camaro-Firebird Owners Club with Facebook or not. We didn't have a "web forum" like AMCCa either, only the clubs web page and monthly magazine.
Happy to pass on some of that learning process to the committee in an email, to lengthy for a mobile phone text session onto here.
